MANAGER- General Manager (NYC) General Manager for import/ distribution Japanese chef knives, tableware & restaurant supplies.
Formulate policies, manage daily operations & expand business range & scope.
Assess new trends in product & services in Japanese gourmet industry.
Reqs: BS in Business or Management & 5 yrs in job or in marketing or Market Coordination of Japanese products or services in the U S.All candidates must have minimum 2 yrs exp. in the gourmet food service industry, hands on familiarity w/Japanese chef knives, & fluency in written spoken English & Japanese.
