Loan Underwriter Assistant Job in Concord 94521, California US
Local financial institution seeking a sharp senior loan processor and assistant underwriter.
Ideal candidate must have 3-4 years of experience with residential loan processing and/or underwriting assistance.
All applicants must have recent experience in the mortgage industry.
Duties include: Responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties on complex loan packages to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for loan products.
- Interpreting policies while analyzing applicant, property, and documentation.
Manage an assigned pipeline of loans, clear/sign off conditions, taking incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
Must be able to clear a criminal background check.
Pays up to $21/hrAll applicants applying for US job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.
All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada.
Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of recent experience with residential loan processing and/or underwriting experience.
