Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) Job in Boise, Idaho US

We operate on-site employee health centers, pharmacies and fitness centers for many of the country’s largest corporations and federal agencies.
We currently have a Full-time opening for a Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN to join our employee health center in Boise, ID who will: Provide patient care under supervision of clinical services manager.
Track referrals electronically and ensure patient has proper documentation for specialists visits along with return paperwork Coordinate immunization with ordering, tracking and control of inventory on-hand along with state regulations.
Assist with rooming patients, taking vitals, immunizations/injections and procedures within scope of practice.
Perform routine laboratory/screening tests (e.
g., blood draws, urinalysis, throat cultures) Perform other clinical and clerical duties as needed.
While working at this large employer site, you will have the ability to get to know your patients, while helping to improve their health status and taking care of their immediate health needs.
The health center is open Monday-Friday from 6am-6pm and Saturdays from 8am-2pm.

Current unrestricted state licensure.
Minimum 2 year’s clinical experience as a LPN/LVN in a family practice, urgent care or ambulatory care setting is required.
Previous electronic medical record experience required.
Excellent Phlebotomy skills required.
