Licensed Occupational Therapist - PRN Job in Bowling Green 42104, Kentucky US
Our medical center Bowling Green KY is currently looking for a PRN Licensed Occupational Therapist.
Weekday availability is a must.
This position will greatly contribute to our commitment in bringing optimal healthcare to our community.Our Facility: Our facility is a 211-bed, acute care facility with over 200 physicians trained in a variety of specialties.
We have been a part of south central Kentucky for more than 30 years.
Accredited by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing therapeutic intervention, education, and recommendations to acute care and outpatients at Greenview Regional Hospital.
The clinician will organize and implement occupational therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability following disease, surgery or injury.
This position requires proficiency in acute care to patients with ages from infant to geriatric.
Responsibilities also include maintaining standards of professional and ethical practice, while providing the highest quality healthcare that is patient oriented, advanced in technology, cost effective and with care and compassion.
The hospital mission and vision will be insured by the integration of Physical Therapy, Speech/Language Pathology, Social Work, Case Management and Ancillary Services Departments in the hospital and community.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: · Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy from and accredited program in Occupational Therapy.
· AOTCB and registered occupational therapist.
· Current Kentucky licensure.
· American Heart Association or Red Cross BLS; new hires must complete requirement within 3 months of hire.
