Legal Secretary Job in Gaithersburg 20879, Maryland US
We are looking for an experienced Legal secretary who is comfortable with contracts administration.
This position will support a VP. Successful candidates will be preparing correspondences as well as arranging some travel and booking conferences.
Other areas of responsibilities will be opening files as well as charting in Access.
Candidate will also be editing documents and closing out completed records.
Candidates should have excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Professional demeanor.
Effective written and oral skills.
Type 40wpm.
Proficient in MS Office.
Especially proficient in Access.
