Temp to Hire Opportunity Our client in Freehold, NJ is in need of a Legal Secretary for a temp to hire opportunity.
For consideration, candidates must have experience working in the area of municipal law. Additional requirements: · 2-3 years of experience as a legal secretary, prior experience with municipal law is required· Proven ability to handle confidential information · Quick thinking, problem solver that can work in a fast paced environment.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills· Highly proficient in MS Office Responsibilities will include: · Provide overall administrative support for multiple attorneys· Produce and edit correspondence and complete word processing/typing projects· Travel arrangements and calendar management· Develop reports and presentations utilizing spreadsheet and/or presentation programs Interested and qualified candidates should submit a resume via e-mail to Tanyacarroll [at] todays [dot] com .
