Legal Assistant Job in Omaha 68198, Nebraska US
Aerotek is currently seeking a Legal Assistant for Omaha, NE.Responsibilities: - Preparing correspondence under the guidance of the Claim Attorney(s)- Creating, organizing and labeling files- Obtaining W-9's for invoices and assisting with the preparation of check transmittals- Obtaining payoffs of liens and taxes, including calling appropriate clerk's office for filing feesRequirements: - 1-3 years prior Legal Assistant experience- 1-3 years in either title, mortgage or escrow experience- Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Team orientedAll qualified candidates please send Jamie Craun your resume and/or give her a call at 402-997-7674.
