Learning Consultant II Corp/Shared Svcs -FT Job in Mount Laurel , New Jersey US
Description Learning Consultant II Corporate Business & Shared Services Consults with senior business leaders to understand business needs and use questioning to understand true business issues, determine if additional analysis is needed and identify potential solutions.
Develops methods and procedures to measure results of developed training programs, curriculum, and materials.
Acts as a consultant for business unit managers and proactively facilitates development of training programs or other interventions.
Leads a variety of training/Company project teams using TD U project management methodology and templates ensuring project objectives, timelines and budget are met. To manage / lead learning initiatives ranging in size, scope and complexity and working with various team members and/or business partners to recommend and deliver appropriate learning solutions that align with business objectives.
Ensures that own work, as well as work of any employees supervised, is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies located on Company intranet policies include but are not limited to Fair Lending, Know Your Customer, Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money-laundering policies Requirements 4 year degree or equivalent experience 5 years related training/learning experience required Strong project management and performance consulting skills required PMP certification a plus Strong knowledge of training practices, variety of training delivery medium and principles of adult learning theory is required The ability to analyze training feedback and recommend modifications to the training programs is required Ability to travel Internal Job Grade: 10
