ResponsibilitiesServe as a mentor to existing and new supervisors in the service/installation environment through one on one coaching and development of core competency behaviors Is a key source through which leadership training is delivered to supervisors within the service/installation environment Provide support and partner with senior management to measure and develop leadership skills Benchmark and identify key metrics in order to measure established and effective coaching methods, techniques and ideas Assist in coordination/implementation plans for ongoing company-wide improvement projects, launches, etc. at a site level based upon performance needs (IE: Performance Management System, Customer Management System, etc.) Communicate frequently and effectively with key stakeholders to ensure that goals and objectives are being fulfilled and identify gaps and training opportunities for additional leadership development training programs Provide periodic reports related to the development, delivery and measurement of coaching and training programs Will require frequent travel from this individual to other facilities/divisions to perform duties (up to 80% travel)Education/Experience Bachelors degree (BA) from accredited four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent in related experience.

Minimum of 2 years in a coaching/manager role in a call center and/or service organization.

Prefer 5+ years supervisory experience with consistent direct reports and 1 year classroom/adult learning facilitation experience.
