Lead Interactive Developer Job in Kansas City 64105, Missouri US
Lead Interactive Developer Responsible for advanced user experience (CX) design for thin client and web products.
Using a variety of technical and creative skills, you will work under minimal supervision and may have frequent client interaction.
You will be responsible for the detailed CX definition of advanced product concepts and will influence the CX of existing web and thin client products.
In this role you will work with a team of usability professionals, application analysts, developers, and project managers to define and implement exciting and dynamic CX interactions based on the latest technologies.
This position requires hands-on development of creative prototype designs, wire framing, information architecture, and some front-end coding.
You should know what technologies to use for specific situations.
Education:
Have a BA/BS in a related field (design, computer graphics, information architecture, etc.) or equivalent experience Required Skills:
Have 5+ years of experience in an agency or with consumer-facing development for heavily trafficked sites
Have an outstanding on-line portfolio
Have strong design skills that achieve effective, efficient, engaging and error tolerant customer experiences
Understand Flex, JSP, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX
Have an intermediate- to expert-level Flash and A

Have expert knowledge of Adobe CS4, Mac, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio)
Have a strong understanding of user interface design processes and methodologies
Have an ability to organize and deliver multiple design elements of complex, large-scope front end design projects
Have a solid command of UI, UX, and IA for all aspects of online architecture
Have proven ownership of a full user interaction design project
Strong visual sense, with an eye for clean, effective modern design.
Ability to design cross-browser UI from conceptual sketches quickly
Strong understanding of web standards
Comfortable taking specific direction as well as working independently with general guidance
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and projects while adhering to firm deadlines
Ability to learn quickly and stay at the forefront of emerging technologies Desired Skills:
