SALES LEAD · The Sales Lead role will support the management team during times of critical business need, and is an excellent development opportunity for an associate to learn more about store management roles and responsibilities.
· The Sales Lead drives results by maximizing their individual productivity and that of the teams when filling in for a manager.
Responsibilities· Drives revenue and delights clients by providing exceptional service, through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and presenting a clean, safe, well-maintained store environment.
· Consistently achieves individual goals, which support store goals.
· Client Service: Ability to function as a role model, ensuring that the client remains the top priority.
Takes initiative to build a loyal client base.
· Follow Directions: Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines as assigned with minimal supervision· Merchandising: Knowledge of visual standards and techniques, and ability to implement and maintain within Ann Taylors guidelines.
Educational Requirements and Experience: · Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or GED· Minimum one year stock associate or relevant experience in the service industry with proven results Sales Associate · Drives revenue and delights clients by providing exceptional service, through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and presenting a clean, safe, well-maintained store environment.
