ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities: - Translate the client's marketing business rules into functional/business specifications.
- Create test plans.
- Develop quality assurance methodologies.
- Lead the client in user acceptance testing.
- Proactively identify areas for improved marketing processes and operational efficiency.
- Identify and research any data discrepancies, escalating issues to other team members when necessary.
- Collect and maintain project documentation and ensure that it complies with standards.
- Lead internal team meetings and provide direction to the database team.
- Identify and communicate project related risks and possible solutions.
- Prioritize project requests and manage client expectations.
About the OpportunityEpsilon is looking for a Junior Business Systems Analyst within Strategic Database Services who will work closely with account technical teams and clients to understand the client's marketing initiatives and to ensure that their database platforms will support the marketing tactics.
The ABSA is expected to thoroughly understand the marketing database models, specifically those tables/attributes that support marketing program execution and measurement.
Qualifications: - BS degree with Technical and/or Marketing concentration preferred - Academic excellence, achieving
