Business Week, March 2008Primary Purpose: Manage the Costing and Production Team from initial development to final production of all Jewelry and Key Fob categories.

The Manager drives costing initiation and finalization for all newness, replenishment and transfer product to meet process, delivery, and margin goals.

The manager oversees the production of all products through commercialization and costing to delivery, with careful consideration to quality, capacity, and timely execution of all products.The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in costing and production to.Costing: Oversee all intros costing initiative and manage PDT mile stones.

Manage the creation and maintenance of working costing sheets.

(product and material)Initiate and finalize costing negotiations with Service ProvidersStandardize/finalize costing in SAP.Create and present cost comparisons a based on counter sourcing initiativesMonitor and maintain Corporate Gross Margin for categories.

Manage weekly and monthly reporting for costing.

Production: Manage production lead times/introsConfirm TOL reviews Manage Service Provider capacity and product allocation.

Work with CIL on allocation, production capabilities on leather and metal vendors Develop and benchmark silhouette and construction history.

Manage weekly and monthly reports for costing.

Work with cross functional partners in Sourcing Administration, CML, CES and Service Providers for resolution on development, commercialization, production, and delivery exceptions.

Manage all Min & Max for all vendors with communications to all cross- functional team.

General: Manage Monthly reporting for Business Review and Costing Business Review Manage new vendor set up with IMD, Finance, Treasury, Sourcing Administration, CES, and CIL.Maintain audit binder.

Represent team in cross-functional costing meetings to present findings and opportunities.

Develop and train direct reports.

Support special projects as directed.

Understanding of Jewelry product costing and commodities costingSuperior systems application aptitude, with specific knowledge of Excel and SAP.Strong Leadership skills Strong commitment to training and follow through.
