Java Engineer with multithreading and scalability experience Job in Boston area, Massachusetts US

Requirements include: BS or MS in Computer Science.
3+ years of commercial software product experience.
Strong Java development skills.
Significant experience with web based development.
Experience with Database driven development.
Significant experience working with scalability and performance issues for a large on-demand or consumer facing product.
A positive, "can-do" attitude and a desire to continually learn and progress your skill set.
