Irregular Warfare Training Support Job in Suitland 20746, Maryland US
Provide training and operational administration services to Irregular Warfare personnel to include military reservists, government employees, and active duty personnel.
Management of individual training records, training schedules, and training requests.
Knowledgeable of relevant training COI within the intelligence community, and of training requirements specific to areas of operation in which IWC personnel are likely to deploy.
Schools coordination and design/implementation of courses of instruction.
Requirements: - A current SSBI-Candidate must have a high level of understanding of Navy Special Warfare (NSW) operations, and should have NSW operations and training experience.
Candidate will be expected to advise leadership on the training of civilian analysts preparing to deploy worldwide.
Must have an expert level of knowledge of NSW and Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) training doctrine and practices, and must be able to advise on all aspects of pre-deployment training.
Candidate will be responsible will serve as action officer for schools coordination and design/implementation of basic courses of instruction.
-Prior experience supporting clandestine, combat, and controlled operations.
Candidate must possess expert knowledge of NSW and SOF doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP); and Tactical Cryptologic and Intelligence Information Support (TC/IIS) organizations, functions, procedures, missions, and equipment.
Must have knowledge of the Defense Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution System (PPBES).
Candidate must have knowledge of project/ program management procedures.
Must have the ability to plan and execute deployment orders for teams and individuals.
Candidate will have knowledge sufficient to provide expert opinion, assessments, and thoughtful analyzes of products.
-Candidate will have analytical skills to develop, coordinate, and execute complex and integrated tasking and be able to communicate orally in order to present high-level briefings in both field and office settings.
Candidate will coordinate with all levels of authority, senior and junior, and must be able to communicate effectively in writing sufficiency to produce comprehensive, structured reports, analyses, comparisons, and other documentation.
