Investment Fund Controller Job in Dallas, Texas US
An established, successful, and growing investment company is searching for extraordinary Fund Controller to join its fund and partnership accounting team in Dallas.
The ideal candidate will posses a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
Those who have demonstrated their technical knowledge by passing the CPA exam are strongly preferred.
This candidate will also has creative critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
Hedge fund experience is not a prerequisite, but a strong interest in financial markets is a must.
The team is responsible for the coordination and review of financial statements for a multi-strategy real estate fund with a global organization.
The company manages income allocation to investors, cash management of investor flows, intricate consolidations, and a monthly close.
The team also works closely with a large operations group responsible for daily fund operations, reconciliation, and reporting.
The group is proactive, both in improving its own processes and in helping the fund make efficient investments.
The position will work with asset managers, tax, legal, and audit advisors to help structure deals.
