International Tax Director Job in New York City, New York US
International Tax Director Job Description: GDH Consulting currently has a direct hire position located in the south central US for an International Tax Director.
The ideal candidate is responsible for: · All tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions activities, driving the value of the transactions.
· Formulation and implementation of tax-efficient acquisition structures including use of financing structures.
· Participates in business and finance planning processes to ensure tax impacts are accurately reflected in M&A transactions.
· Supports post-acquisition tax integration projects including integration, restructuring of acquired targets.
Qualifications: · Must have a Bachelors degree preferably in Accounting, Taxation or Business related.
· JD, CPA or graduate degree in Accounting, Taxation or Business related field is a plus.
· Minimum of 10 years tax experience of which 5 years are in complex tax matters with a concentration in international tax and/or M&A.
· Strong organizational, communication and project management skills.
· Ability to work in a dynamic, time sensitive environment.
· Available for international travel (30% - 40%).
