Instructional Designer for evaluating courses Job in phoenix, Arizona US
Keywords: training consultant, instructional design, training manger We are working with our client in locating an Instructional Designer with blended learning experience to review courses that have been converted from ILT to blended learning format.
Consultant will review courses and evaluate the effectiveness of web-based training content in addition to class-based materials, such as an instructor/student guide or in class activities.
The ability to evaluate assessment content is also particularly important.
Systems requirements to review these courses virtually are: Windows system with multimedia capabilities and broadband connectivity.
The ability to take conference calls from home and participate in virtual meetings via Webex.
MS Office 2003 should be available on the system though most review work will be done using a remote login to clients system and virtual applications.
Running the most current versions of IE or Firefox with updated Flash player and java runtime environment should help avoid any hiccups in the courseware playback.
Experience Required: Solid Instructional Design experience; ability to evaluate courses for instructional soundness and utilization of learning principlesExperience writing/evaluating Learning AssessmentsMust have experience with MS Office and SharePointCapable of running Flash filesInDesign experience strongly preferredMust be available during business hours to attend conference calls or virtual meeting sessions.
Must be able to put in up to 40 hours a week.
Start Date: ASAP.
