Allstate Insurance Company has an exceptional career opportunity for a Inside Total Loss Auto Senior Claims Service Adjuster in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing all tasks associated with the handling of total loss claims.
These tasks include explaining the total loss process, adjusting and investigating total loss claims, and determining and presenting the actual cash value (ACV) determination to customers.
This position (Total Loss Service Adjuster TLSA) delegates tasks to other claim performers as necessary and appropriate.
This position (TLSA) handles any customer service issues and questions that may arise during the process.
In addition, as volume dictates, this position (TLSA) performs tasks pertaining to technical review or total theft handling, and may also handle other specialty/comprehensive claims (e.
g., fire losses).
You will be documenting claim activity on Allstate's state-of-the-art claim system, and following processses that provide fair settlements or claim resolutions, customer satisfaction and excellent cost management.
Our ideal candidate has a four-year college degree, customer service experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as strong computer skills.
Candidates should possess the ability to manage relationships in a fast paced environment, while demonstrating persistence and problem solving skills.
