Position Summary: This is an Inside Sales position responsible for contacting new clients and setting appointments for the Milestone Systems Sales team.

This includes prospecting, leveraging the channel resources and supporting the outside sales representatives.

This role requires two (2) + years of previous, relevant experience and is familiar with network infrastructure products and services or similar industry product knowledge.

Location: Golden valley, MN Hours: 8:00am 5:00 pm M-F Job Description: Major Duties and Responsibilities: · Must have cold-calling experience and willing to drive business through supplied client list via telephone.

· Finding and Creating Opportunities: this involves outbound calls to prospects, VARs, Partners, Integrators and enterprise customers.

· Building relationships follow up on leads and the introduction to IT Security products and services.

· Must be able to effectively communicate Milestone Systems value propositions.

· Must stay current with new products, understanding competition.

· Responsible for achieving revenue quota, pipeline, forecast and customer satisfaction metrics of new clients or specific existing clients.

· Own, qualify and develop opportunities passed from Sales, response specialist, inside sales and business development representatives · Close channel ready products and lower revenue deals · Involve Account Executives with complex and large opportunities · Resolve post-sale administrative issues for Customer · Provide customer reconnaissance information to appropriate engineering resources.

· Experience in telephone sales or business development with proven track record of achieving revenue quota.

· Experience selling a technical solution to an IT and business solutions audience.

· Knowledge of business organizational structures.

· Ability to foster team orientation with counterparts.

· Experience in company where sales training has been provided.

· Success in technical environment, including network infrastructure.

· Ability to speak articulately and credibly; communication skills which foster customer satisfaction.

· Bachelors Degree required.
