Levementum Inside Sales ExecutiveLevementum is a rapidly growing business and software services consulting firm based in Chandler, Arizona with additional offices in the New York City Metropolitan Area (Jersey City, New Jersey) and Marietta, Georgia.
Our primary focus is on designing, customizing and supporting open source software packages that enable and drive business strategy.
Levementum is a preferred implementation partner and system integrator for both SugarCRM, Compiere, Magento, Pentaho; supporting customers with locations in more than 25 countries worldwide.
Levementum has partnered with key open source software companies to deliver results-orientated solutions to our customers.
Our approaches are driven by business needs, creating strong business and IT partnerships, and clarifying the many complex technology challenges companies face.
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVESThe primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Executive is to build and manage a pipeline of software license opportunities.
Secondarily, the incremental revenue by systematic up & cross-selling in a set of ~ 100 Target installed base accounts or by proactively covering a large territory made of ~500 to 1000 territory accounts within the assigned territory (as a result of the territory planning process) .
The ISE drives opportunity qualification and manages the opportunities in the pipeline.
In addition, the ISE remotely closes deals actively by themselves or in unison with extended team.
Duties· Contacts are primarily with existing customers, new prospects, channel, consulting staff and direct supervisor.
· Build knowledge and competency around: o The Levementum storyo The Levementum solutionso The Levementum Value Propositiono Industry trends and competitive positioning· Development of territory/business plan to achieve set revenue targets.
· Business to business Inside Sales handling all stages of the sales cycle.
· Positioning of value added implementation/consulting services with software sales.
· Create daily action plan to maximize focused time on prospecting new business.
· Tool usage includes SugarCRM, call list, internet, Microsoft Office and others.
· Prepare activity and forecast reports as needed: Maintain high level of activity.
· Supports extended team with RFP requests and proposals.
· Creates customer facing demonstrations of the solutions.
Qualifications· Bachelors degree (BA /BS) from four-year College or university; Business Administration/Marketing degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Basic knowledge of CRM/ERP/ecommerce/Open Source products and services.
· A desire to succeed, ambition, and exceptional cadence.
