Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer!Job Description: The candidate will be part of the HR Shared Services organization and will gather, analyze, summarize and present data from multiple sources in support of disseminating meaningful HR data and metrics to business partners throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate would possess a background in report design and data analysis and provide our partners with timely and accurate data.
Responsibilities: Partner with HR functional and process owners to understand/define HR reporting requirements and needs.
Support the development and delivery of key workforce HR metrics using headcount, staffing, and learning data.
Design, develop and run reports using the Saba Learning Management System and Taleo software.
Execute standardized HR reports and respond to ad hoc requests: Investigate and troubleshoot source data issues.
Partner with project teams, as an extended team member, to support the delivery of new or modified HR reports and metrics.
Partner with IT development organizations to ensure realization of programs/projects that support HR reporting directions according to agreed to schedules and timelines.
Requirements: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in data management, reporting and analytics.
Must have a minimum of 4-5 years experience developing reports using Crystal Reports.
Must have SQL reporting skills and advanced Excel skills.
Ability to compile and analyze data from a variety of sources.
Tenacity to forage through rows of data and realize patterns and trends that can be translated into meaningful reports that answer business questions.
