Information Security Administrator Job in Cedar Rapids, Iowa US
Responsibilities: Responsible for performing security related activities in support of senior members within the department.
Responsible for performing tier three level support related to user administration.
Gathering and communicating to leadership metrics within their area of responsibility.
Identification and resolution of individual and systems issues which result in end user loss of access to systems.
Communicating security related issues and risks to team members and leadership.
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate discipline or six years related exempt experience.
Analysis - Understands elementary problem-solving techniques.
Cooperation - Understands the value of cooperating with coworkers.
Customer Service Orientation - Knowledgeable regarding the process of interacting with customers to provide positive experience and issue resolution.
Decisiveness - Recognizes the importance of staying committed to a course of action once a decision has been made.
Dependability - Appreciates the importance of basing decisions on factual information and sound logic.
Planning - Communicates a strategy for the team or department.
Relationships - Understands the importance of remaining compassionate and empathetic when dealing with the problems of others.
PROJECT: This individual will be working in security production support.
Will spend a signigicant amount of time supporting internal customers: administering user access, dealing with level 3 trouble tickets and supporting user admin functionsREQUIREMENTS: 1-2 years of general security admin.
