Responsibilities: By joining Albridge in this unique role, you will lead implementations for our Financial Institutions and Financial Advisory clients.

You will utilize your well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal support teams and various product companies to coordinate data flow into Albridge Solutions.

You will coordinate workflow and project planning in order to promote a positive client experience.

You will proactively research users' questions concerning our available services, our integration with data providers and the custom configuration for our client.

This includes interfacing with broker/dealer and/or financial product company contacts to strengthen the relationship.

You will also review new client data and associated websites to ensure client requirements and all deliverables are met before finally turning over the newly implemented client to our support teams.

Requirements: Experience in the financial services industry including portfolio management, wealth management or performance reporting Minimum of 1 year of project management experience creating effective project plans and managing diverse projects within a product-focused environment Experience with or willingness to learn file layouts used to share data between systems and an ability to explain them, as necessary Strong multi-tasking skills in order to handle multiple implementation activities within a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills with well-developed client service skills including the ability to independently manage client conference calls Self-starter with exceptional research and problem-resolution skills Collaborative attitude with ability to manage inter-departmental communication and drive cross-functional teams Bachelors degree completed or in process required with a major in business or a computer related field a plus PNC Global Investment Servicing is committed to offering you a comprehensive and competitive benefits package.
