MedAptus is looking for motivated Implementation Consultants.

Implementation Consultants lead the delivery of our Electronic Charge Capture Solutions to customers seeking to enhance their revenue cycle.
They assume a variety of roles including, project and overall account management.
Candidates should possess exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
The ability to work effectively across multiple organizational levels - clinicians, administrators, and executives is essential.
This position is located in our Boston office.
ResponsibilitiesLeads clients through all aspects of MedAptus implementations which include planning, design, configuration, testing, training and go liveWorks with integration & technical support resources during implementation and beyondAnalyzing client business needs to determine optimal configuration of MedAptus solutionsDemonstrate client service and satisfaction as defined by department standards and reference activityProvide ongoing education for all aspects of MedAptus solutions, including new features & enhancementsManaging requests and expectations for system enhancements or modifications to our evolving software Updating and maintaining project plans and related project documentationEnsure project success defined as on time, within budget and a high degree of client satisfaction Investigate, track and resolve client issues Traveling approximately 75% QualificationsBachelors Degree and applicable training, education, or customer service experience preferredA minimum of 3 years of experience with implementations and/or support in a healthcare information systems environmentProject methodology and/or software lifecycle experience ideal Demonstrated strength in issue management and customer relationship skills essentialFlexibility to adapt to a dynamic and rapidly growing organizationClinical, financial, administrative or departmental experience in a health care setting is a plus, but not required Experience with SQL server or database management is a plus, but not required
