Our Animal Health business in North America is dedicated to making the world a better place for our veterinary customers, their clients, and the animals we all hold dear.Job description Major Tasks: The incumbent serves as project leader for one or more drug products and therapeutic areas, coordinating all aspects of health economic and outcomes assessments for those products under the guidance of the therapeutic area leads.

This includes the design and analyses of cost-effectiveness and outcomes studies, the writing of reports and presenting the information where deemed appropriate.


Develops disease and drug expertise within a two month period following their assignment, and actively seeks opportunity to further learn about them from in-house and external experts
Develops health economic and health-related quality-of-life expertise in the assigned therapeutic areas within three months
Consults and negotiates with Marketing Product Managers and Associate Medical Directors in the development of plans for each drug
For each assigned project, serves as principal contact to marketing, managed care, scientific affairs, sales, and medical with respect to all issues of cost-effectiveness and outcomes trial design, execution, analysis, reporting, and interpretation
Meets regularly with Medical and Marketing departments during study development and execution to uncover possible inconsistencies and misalignments of the protocol with the marketing and sales strategies, and resolves the problems in a way that meets the marketing and sales objectives and protects the scientific integrity of the studies
Performs economic analysis using scientifically appropriate methodology.

Your qualifications Education requirements include completed or pursuing degree in Pharm.

D., MS in healthcare or related scientific discipline or equivalent years of healthcare industry experience with an undergraduate degree.
