IH Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Job in Murray Hill, New Jersey US

Currently, one of our top clients is in search of an exceptional Clinical Research Associate in Murray Hill, NJ. Under the direction of the Study Specialist, the CRA will be a key team member to ensure clinical trials are being conducted according to Good Clinical Practices (GCPs).
This position is office-based and may require some travel.
Main Accountabilities: Implement monitoring and recruitment plansDesign CRF completion guidelinesIdentify investigators and provide assistance to facilitate timely selection of investigators and sitesAssist in recruitment of patients for clinical trials globallyInteract with investigators, study site personnel, and vendor/CRO personnelAssist in the preparation of the draft protocol, draft CRFs, and template informed consentPrepare the coordinators manual, pharmacy manual, source documents, and other documentation required for the conduct of the clinical trialAssist in the final selection of investigational sitesCollect and review essential documents for study start-upEnsure documents remain current during the course of the trialMaintain internal trial master file to ensure inspection readinessReview clinical data in-houseFor you to be the successful candidate we are looking for in this role, you must have 2+ years of experience working in clinical research through the CRO or Pharmaceutical industry.
For consideration, you must hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific or nursing discipline.
