Job Summary.

What we're looking for. · At this time, MarketSphere is looking for Oracle/Hyperion Planning and Essbase consultants at various levels.

These individuals will be responsible for implementing forecasting, budgeting and operational reporting solutions utilizing a variety of current Hyperion/Oracle products for both new and existing clients · The ideal candidate will easily adapt to new environments and changing requirements in an exciting and fast paced consulting world· Candidates must exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills· They should be able to demonstrate experience with structured project management and/or the software package implementation process Skills Required: · Experience with implementation or administration of Planning and/or Essbase solutions· Experience with the Oracle/Hyperion BI+ toolset: Web Analysis, Financial Reporting and SmartView· Analytical and problem solving skills· Ability to work with the project implementation team on the day to day implementation tasks on an engagement· Sound understanding of corporate finance and technical business solutions· Sound understanding of key IT / Business systems / ERP, General Ledger, Reporting & Analytics, Data Warehousing, CRM, etc.; and previous consulting experience a plus Education Requirements.

· BA/BS with a concentration in (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience · Readiness to travel up to 100%; travelling to client locations as dictated by client project schedules.

While all efforts will be made to keep consultants locally and regionally based, this position may require substantial travel to out-of-town clients; applicants must be able to travel nationwide· Must be currently eligible to work in the United States, position is not eligible for employer sponsorship.
