Role: Front Line Leader: : Screening Pharmacist Location: Phoenix, AZAre you a fit?Are you looking for a challenging career? Do have supervisory experience? Are you interested in working in a role where you will constantly learn new things?Assignment CapsuleThe successful candidate will lead and guide a team of 15 associates responsible for reviewing prescriptions for accuracy of entry by technicians, reviewing participant profiles, monitoring appropriateness of therapy, drug interactions, and drug allergies.
As a Front Line Leader, you will monitor and track associate's performance, coordinate efforts with multiple departments, hire and train team members, ensure polices and procedures are being followed, solve problems, motivate your team and much more.Key Competencies CommunicationYou actively listen to others to understand their perspective and ensure continuous understanding regardless of communication channel or audience.

Acting as both a broker and consultant regarding resources, you engage others in problem solving without taking over.
Role Desirables Similar work experience in an operation setting.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Role Essentials Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D.
Licensed as a pharmacist in Arizona.
Ability to participate in Federal prescription programs.
Leadership qualities.
Time management and organizational skills.
Reporting RelationshipsThis position reports to a department Manager.
