Human Resources Labor Specialist Job in Belvidere, Illinois US

In working with the Chrysler Group on the Belvidere campus, syncreon will deliver intelligent logistics solutions for both inbound and JIT material flow requirements.
We have an immediate need for a Human Resources Labor Relations Specialist to assist with the continued support of our facility in Belvidere, Illinois.
As a professional, the incumbent will perform Human Resources related duties at the professional level and will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, training, recruitment and employment, labor relations, benefits administration and employment equity programs.
This position requires a bachelors degree and 3-5 years of related experience in human resources.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to negotiate with a wide variety of personalities, and have exposure to a union environment.
Individual must be flexible, having the ability to work both 1st or 2nd shift at any given time as well as travel when needed.
