We are currently seeking an individual to fill a Human Resources Generalist position at our Corporate Office in Maple Grove, MN. The successful candidate will: · Recruit for all levels of the organization from posting the ad through the on-boarding process.
Experience with field recruitment a plus· Overall benefits administration including medical, dental, FMLA, Work Comp, etc· Support functions including performance appraisals, training, terminations, etcCandidates should possess the following skills and experience: · 3-5 years of functional HR experience· BA/BS Degree in HR preferred or equivalent experience · Strong organizational and analytical skills including excellent written and verbal communication abilities · Competency with Microsoft office products including, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, as well as experience with an HRIS system preferably ADPSterilMed offers a very competitive compensation and benefits package.
