Human Resource Associate Job in New Orleans, Louisiana US
Education: 2 years of college level Human Resourcescourses or demonstrated equivalent.
Experience: 2+ years of general human resourcesexperience.
Requires a general understanding of humanresources administration.
Job Description : Under limitedsupervision, performs professional level support activitiesin one or more functional areas of human resources.
Usesestablished procedures to perform assigned tasks.
Researches and consolidates information required foranalysis of human resources operations.
Extracts andcompiles a variety of personnel data for consolidation intomanagement reports.
Prepares special projects asassigned.
Assists in the development and implementationof human resources policies and procedures.
Preparesreports in conformance with legal requirements ororganization needs.
May provide work leadership to lowerlevel human resources staff members.
