Bank of America is seeking professional and motivated candidates interested in the following opportunity: Responsible for day-today managing of approximately seven associates in a store/branch environment where associates meet with bank customers face-to-face to assist them with modifications for credit card, mortgage, auto, or home equity loans.
Develop and progress associates through on going training and coaching so associates can ultimately achieve the performance expectations of department.
The manager will be accountable for successful management of productivity and efficiency levels as outlined for the department.
The manager is also accountable for participating in bank-wide initiatives and projects as assigned.

Legal Description: In addition to the day to day management of a team of associates and its related activities, incumbents in this position contribute in a role of greater complexity, impact, scope, and scale.
Assumes lead responsibility for division wide projects, leading other team managers.
Mentors team managers and leads the department in the absence of the unit manager.
May also solely manage some form of Risk and Credit functions such as pre-chargeoff, charge-off or a lending function that impacts the profitability of our company.
Job function requires knowledge and management experience from multiple processes, product lines and/or in multiple LOB's.
Serves as a liaison with support partners (ORM, Compliance, Tech).
Typically has 2-4 years previous supervisory experience.
Associate will have the following work schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30 am-7pm, Saturday 9:30am-2pm Required Skills: Minimum 2 years management experience in financial services' customer service or bank operationsKnowledge of mortgage, credit card, home equity, and other financial services productsWorking knowledge of department and corporate policiesStrong leadership abilitiesStrong oral and written communication skillsDesired Skills: Experience managing associates in face-to-face environment PLEASE NOTE: Relocation will ot be offer for this position In return for your talent, Bank of America offers outstanding career opportunities and advancement and promotes a healthy work/life balance through special benefits and programs.
