Home Health RN - Full-Time Job in Fort Worth 76119, Texas US
We are a Medicare certified home care agency which takes great pride in the quality of care we provide to our patients.
We are searching for quality-oriented nurses to join our team.
Currently, we have full-time RN positions available in both the Ft. Worth and H-E-B areas.
Requirements: This position requires a minimum of two (2) years nursing experience, previous home health experience preferred.
Enjoys caring for and teaching the elderly populationExemplary nursing skillsExcellent verbal/written communication skills (grammar, punctuation, and spelling) Detail-orientedAbility to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and physicians in a professional and welcoming manner; strong customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills Attend weekly Team Conference meetingsComplete multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of self-direction High professional integrity and confidentiality Works well independentlyWe offer a positive, team-oriented environment with a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision coverage after waiting period, company-paid life insurance, long-term disability as well as 401(k) with company matching starting day one (1) of employment.
