Help Desk Specialist III Job in Irving 75014, Texas US
We are looking for a Help Desk Specialist on behalf of our client.
This position is based in Irving, TX. For the first 60-90 days the hours will be Monday-Friday 8:30 - 5pm.
Candidates must have flexibility to work a 2nd shift (3pm - 12am) including weekends after the first 90 days.
SummaryHelp desk associates provide technical support to end users on a variety of issues via telephone and e-mail.
They will identify, research, and resolve technical problems utilizing effective tracking and monitoring systems to ensure timely resolutions.
