Help Desk Analyst I Job in Clinton 08809, New Jersey US
EOE M/F/D/VOur client (Insurance) is seeking a Help Desk Analyst I - a 3 month Contract.
Support Analysts are responsible for managing all in-coming calls of internal Information Technology customers, (ie NYL employees and consultants), perform problem diagnosis, solve problems, and transfer complex problems to higher levels of support.
The primary goal of a Support Analyst is to ensure that the established problem management objectives are consistently achieved.
Hours 1:00 PM to 9:00 PMNo benefitsRequired Skills / Qualifications: Certification - Help Desk Institute - Certified Help Desk Professional Possesses at least 1 years experience in the following: Good working knowledge of Windows XP, remote connectivity and in the use of the MSOffice 2000 and 2007 suite.
Good working knowledge of Rumba, Laplink, LotusNotes, Mainframe operating systems and products, Intra-Net and Inter-Net infrastructure and Remedy.
Good working knowledge of IBM and Dell Laptops, PC workstation configurations, and Laser Jet printers.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work in a self-managed team environment with limited supervision.
