Education RequiredBachelor's Degree Required Masters preferred Job RequirementsResponsibilities include: Engagement Management: Manage engagement risk, manage project economics including planning and budgeting, manage accounts receivable, define deliverable content, ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
Client Management: Manage the day to day interactions with client management and sponsorship.
Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients, organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process, contribute to proposal pricing strategy.
Practice Development & Eminence: Development of solutions and methodologies, development of "thought leadership" and "point-of-view" documents, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.
People Development: Perform role of counsellor and coach, provide input and guidance into the staffing process, and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities.
Provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff both nationally and at the market level.
Play a forward role in thought leadership/intellectual capital development.
Know their regional markets, have a solid roladex and leverageable relationships Successful experience selling professional services Deep understanding of HIT and health information exchange functions, requirements and top tier systems: - eMedical Records (EMR)/eHealth Records (EHR) - Health Information Exchange (HIE) - Healthcare Strategy: Disease State Portal, Patient Ed., eDetailing, etc. - Certified Medical Education (CME) - IT Consulting - Clinical/Business Transformation - Know their regional markets, have a solid roladex and leverageable relationships - Successful experience selling professional services - Deep understanding of HIT and health information exchange functions, requirements and top tier systems - Deep understanding of ERP functions, requirements and top tier systems - Deep understanding of Clinical functions, requirements and top tier systems - Deep understanding of Revenue Cycle functions, requirements and top tier systems - Various software platform experience such as Epic, Seiments, McKesson or Hyperion
