Together, the children and adults we serve, their families, their Mentors, our program staff and our public partners form a community of caring that renews hope, strengthens the spirit and enables positive life choices. We are currently seeking a Hyperion Administrator in the finance department of the Boston, MA office. SUMMARY  The Hyperion Administrator is responsible for developing and improving budget and reporting systems based on company initiatives.  The Administrator maintains the planning and reporting system, establishes new users, creates and updates forms and reports, creates and maintains business rules, workflow processes and upgrades.    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Maintain Hyperion Planning hierarchies and Essbase outlines. Partner with other business leaders to optimize existing application in support of current and future business planning. Develop and maintain Hyperion web forms. Develop and maintain Hyperion reports. Develop Web Analyzer. Develop business rules in Analytic Administration Services. Load hierarchies using Hyperion Application Link (HAL). Establish and maintain data validation checks and balances. Perform initial set up and maintain user security profiles. Lead the internal Hyperion Help Desk. Develop test plans, scripts, and deployment. Establish and conduct training (in-person and web-based).
