Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for leading and performing the vast majority of planned preventive services and equipment repairs covered under operations and maintenance contracts supporting a military healthcare facility and associated outpatient clinics.
These facilities average between 100,000 and 200,000 sq ft. Furthermore, the successful candidate will serve as EMCORs contract representative at these locations.
Qualifications: Journeyman or higher skill level within a specific building trade, HVAC preferred Excellent customer service skills Well rounded general maintenance expertise in all building trades At least five years experience supporting operations and maintenance services in a healthcare facility Working experience with NFPA, EPA, JCAHO, AAAHC, and OSHA codes and standards.
