If you have worked in service, maintenance, and installation of DDC control systems and mechanical systems which may include: HVAC, security, network, and fire alarm systems in a commercial, process, construction and/or retrofit environment.

We would like to speak with you! As a Field Specialist for our service team you will: Handle multiple projects simultaneously.

provide technical support across a wide range of building automation and life safety, electrical or mechanical equipment, systems and subsystems (including software where applicable) from simple to moderately complex in nature.

Perform scheduled, routine preventive maintenance on mechanical, DDC & electrical equipment/systems.

Complete maintenance within assigned labor load PM hours, in a manner that reduces emergency calls.

Perform installations, complete emergency calls, and perform testing & start-up support across a wide range of electrical or mechanical equipment, systems and subsystems (including software where applicable) which are simple to moderately complex in nature.

Perform service and maintain systems involving networks, system integration, open technologies, software based interfaces, HVAC controls, fire/security systems and other facility/infrastructure management systems.

Assist sales and operations with delivering customer requirementsMeet with customer and evaluate customer site specificsTrouble shoot HVAC control systems, communication systems, and identify LAN issues.

Work with electrical, mechanical, network, and engineering.
