Complete all checklist tasks including: oHVAC Verify that system components operate correctly; fans, dampers, valves, etc. Provide technical support for heat exchangers Check and calibrate or adjust as needed primary and secondary controls for seasonal requirements, changes in occupant use, errors and drift (calibrate temperature sensors and thermostats twice; once summer, once winter) Repair/replace defective primary and secondary controllers, sensors, control valves, actuators, and dampers.

Provide upgrade/modification recommendations with documented substantiation to Systems Engineering for consideration.

Assist with asset management program by providing input on the condition of equipment.

Support IBM efforts in energy.

Support the analysis of energy projects for justification and results with field measurements and control system data.

Support applications for energy rebates with field measurements and control system data.

Complies with all Fluor Corporation safety requirements and programs.
