HR Representative Job in Farmington Hills 48331

Major Job Duties Include: Provide HR Generalist support for assigned divisions including responsibility for staffing and selection, associate relations, performance management, associate development, compensation, benefits and other areas as assigned.
Special project responsibility in managing continuous improvement and lean administration activities within human resources.
Minimum Requirements Include: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
3 - 5 years related work experience, including experience in multiple functional areas of HR including 2 or more years of recruiting experience and 2 or more years in employee relations.
Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels of the organization effectively.
Demonstrated facilitation, presentation, organization skills and attention to detail are required.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite required.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Working knowledge of SAP. Knowledge of Bosch's organization.
