Group Life Insurance Operations Expert and Innovator Job in Kansas City, Kansas US
Group Life Insurance Business Operations ExpertKansas City, relocation provided, exciting new venture within an established firm!$90-$100K plus 15% bonus and great benefitsYou will play a key role in development of business operations processes for our new venture in Group Life Insurance policies.
You will define the business processes, systems needs, scope and objectives through your research of existing resources, new trends, external resources and best practices.
You will build the overall configuration of informational needs and the systems necessary to meet the business requirements, documenting requirements, oversee the systems testing efforts and guide staff.
This is a business focused role not an IT technical role.
To be considered we require expertise of processes surrounding Group Life Insurance underwriting, administrative services, and claims processing.
You have to demonstrate the aptitude to rapidly grasp technical concepts and system functionality, be able to multi-task with fast changing priorities.
Be able to build and manage great working relationships with internal and external customers.
Be highly skilled with Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project and Visio.
Be highly organized, have strong change management and negotiation skills.
HIAA designation is preferred.
