Al presente buscamos candidatos que les guste trabajar y formar parte de un equipo que ayudar¡ a abrir y operar nuestras tiendas en El Se±orial Plaza y en Plaza Ro Hondo: Gerente de la PeluqueraNuestra peluquera es uno de los servicios de m¡s r¡pido crecimiento en PetSmart.
Los servicios van desde cortar u±as hasta ofrecer un servicio completo de aseo y peluquera.
Como gerente de la peluquera, usted tendr¡ la responsabilidad de asegurarse de que los servicios se presten de forma eficiente y positiva.
‰ste es puesto gerencial pr¡ctico en el cual usted prestar¡ servicios de peluquera a mascotas, se relacionar¡ con sus padres y atraer¡ nuevos clientes.
Deberes esenciales del puesto: - Recibir a las mascotas, ayudar a los padres de las mascotas a identificar las necesidades particulares de sus mascotas y encontrar las soluciones adecuadas - Manejar todos los aspectos operativos de la Peluquera dentro de la tienda - Crear estrategias para generar ventas y controlar gastos operacionales - Responsable de contratar, adiestrar/formar profesionalmente y supervisar a un equipo de trabajo de 4 personas o m¡s - Conocer y poder hacer los estilos est¡ndares de aseo y peluquera de todas las razas - Cumplir fielmente con las polticas y los procedimientos para garantizar la seguridad de las mascotas en nuestras peluqueras - Ocuparse de que la peluquera siempre luzca segºn los est¡ndares establecidos - Tener buen dominio del espa±ol y del ingl©sCualificaci³n: Lo(a)s Gerentes de la Peluquera tienen que contar con un mnimo dos a±os de experiencia en peluquera profesional.
Se prefiere que tenga experiencia en gerencia.
Tiene que poder trabajar en horarios flexibles (noches, fines de semana y das feriados).
Es posible que los Gerentes de la Peluquera tengan que asistir a nuestra escuela de peluquera Salon Academy en Florida y aprobar una evaluaci³n t©cnica.
