General Manager Job in Carlisle 17015, Pennsylvania US
A custom woodwork producer and decorative trim distributor is searching for a general manager to over see the sales and operations of the company.
This position will have responsibility for sales/marketing goals, production goals, quality metrics and profit expectations.
New ownership has invested in company and will support the general manager in achieving key goals.
This position will report directly to the owner and will have 5 direct reports.
Goals & Expectations 1st yearCreate and implement a sales/marketing strategy to increase sales by $500,000.
Analyze and adjust pricing strategy to meet gross margin targets.
Create and implement production standards to meet operational goals.
Create and implement quality standards to meet customer expectations.
Establish and maintain vendor relationships to meet organizational goals.
