General Chemical Operator Job in Columbia 29209, South Carolina US
Description: Westinghouse Electric Company located in Columbia, SC is seeking a General Chemical Operator for its ADU Rods department.
Responsibilities for this position include the following: Set up, operate and visually check conversion area equipment and visually check process instrumentation.
Take necessary corrective action to operate the various conversion area processes within the process parameters and specifications as specified by the operational procedures, PIFs, SOIs, and as directed by the Chief Operator or Supervisor.
Qualifications: A successful candidate would possess the following: High School Diploma or EquivalentAbility to complete job related tests.
0-6 months manufacturing experience.
Must be able to follow and execute procedures perfectly.
