Gatorade Manager Sales Planning - Mass / Club / Drug Job Job in Chicago, Illinois US
DescriptionIndividual will be accountable to drive the strategic sales direction of affiliated customer base, while ultimately delivering AOP. This will entail working both internally and externally to bridge the customer and brand strategy in a way that will deliver consumer centric solutions.
As part of the strategic development of the business, this individual will be responsible for managing price / pack architecture, as well as the commercialization and customization of unique pack / items.
Requirements: - 7-10 years experience in CPG industry- Bachelors Required, MBA Preferred- Sharp analytical capability, which includes savvy category management and trade spend skills.
This individual will need to posess the ability to translate data and consumer / shopper insights into a sellable and executable strategy.
- This individual will also need to posess strong presentation skills, which includes but is not limited to the development and delivery of sales decks.
- Lastly, this person will need to have a "solution" based approach to the business, as well as understand how to win in a team environment.
