Full Time Out Bound Telemarketing Representative Job in Langhorne 19002, Pennsylvania US

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, Outbound Telemarketing Representative for the Langhorne, PA area.
Only experienced candidates will be considered.The successful candidate will participate in an excellent compensation program that includes a competitive base salary, matching 401K plan, and a profit and performance-based bonus program that rewards outstanding service.Job Summary: The Telemarketer will provide sales and marketing support by making telephone calls to managers, directors, and executives identified from purchased lists and other resources.
He or she will collect information for use by the ISS Solutions Sales and Marketing team in lead qualification and market research efforts.
The Telemarketer will possess strong outbound telephone skills and experience following scripts.
The ideal candidate will have extensive skills in working with difficult people.
As he or she will be the first impression many potential customers of ISS Solutions will have, the Telemarketer must be polite, patient, and professional on all calls.
Major Duties and Responsibilities: Cold-calls prospects from a list of contacts and verifies the person in charge of programs where ISS Solutions services might be needed.
Confirms prospects contact information.
Engages prospects in a discussion through the use of open ended questioning.
Networks through prospect organizations and deals effectively with any less than cooperative individuals.
Collects and records information regarding the prospects programs, referring to a standard list of questions.
Updates contact information and inputs data into the Sales database.
Produces periodic statistical reports to track activities for management.
Produces mailing lists using the Sales database for direct mail campaigns to specified market segments or geographic regions and engages in follow-up activities for marketing campaigns.
Assists the Sales and Marketing team with e-mail, direct mail efforts, and other marketing and sales activities as required.
Builds relationships with contacts that distinguish ISS Solutions in the market.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills and AbilitiesTwo-four years telemarketing experience or 2-4 years experience providing customer service over the telephone.
Successful experience with cold-calling and telemarketing.
Excellent interpersonal oral communication skills.
A positive attitude, patience and persistence are highly desirable characteristics.
An aggressive, self-starter, requiring minimal supervision.
Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
Prior experience in a healthcare or IT environment is preferred but not required Education and/or Experience · Basic Computer and data entry skills are required.
MS Word, MS Excel and ACT! proficiency is desirable.
High school diploma or equivalent.
