Full Time Hospice Social Worker Needed A strong and growing hospice agency has a position open for a full time Social Worker Responsibilities: *Ongoing assessment and bereavement evaluations*Development of care plans*Provide short term crisis intervention with individual/family counseling as needed*Participate in meetings as part of an interdisciplinary team*Work in both inpatient and home care settings Requirements: *Bachelors Degree in Social Work*Mass SW license LCSW or LICSW*2+ years of experience*High degree of attention to detail*Ability to work and be successful as part of a team and independently We offer an excellent salary with great benefits.
