To deliver on that promise we are currently looking to expand our Call Center operation to ensure that all our new FANS receive our legendary WOW! service.
Summary: Administratively supports Customer requests in an inbound Call Center.
Responsible for all Customer and merchant inquiries in respect to paperwork, transfers, check card limit changes, special requests and follow up. Must also handle inbound call volume as needed.
Job description: * Prints statements, checks and process customer transfers, refunds, check card limit increases upon customer requests * Follows up with customers on any and all requests missing any necessary information * Verifies signature on all requests to be faxed externally * Releases check card holds on customer accounts upon merchant request via fax * Forwards nonsupport unit customer requests to proper departments * Processes all address changes for high volume call center * Makes outbound calls to verify the validity of customer request to change address * Assists New Accounts with filing account information and completing outbound letter writing OTHER FUNCTIONS: * Responds to agent e-mails in regards to customer requests * Handles inbound call volume when CCS Core queue is receiving higher than expected volume * Leads and exemplifies the TD Bank WOW! Requirements: * High school diploma * 1 year comparable experience * Successful completion of standard call center training - full knowledge of all center systems * Ability to work in high volume inbound call center environment * Highly organized and able to multi-task * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency with MS Office * Willing to accept multiple responsibilities * Ideally looking for internal call center candidates AVAILABLE SHIFT IS 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM TUES-SAT Job Grade - 3 We are an equal opportunity employer.
